CPI's next generation F-Series TeraFrame Cabinet System gives you the ability to personalize cabinets by configuring the options and accessories that work best for your data center without the long lead times associated with customized products. Designed specifically to solve thermal issues in your data center and lessen the need for expensive cooling equipment, the TeraFrame offers new patent pending thermal control with no single point of failure. CPI Passive Cooling® Solutions, featuring the TeraFrame Cabinet, provide 2-30 kW of cooling. TeraFrame cable management keeps network and power cables separate, controls power cord slack and supports multiple power strips or PDUs for full power redundancy.

The next generation F-Series TeraFrame includes a variety of enhancements that are now standard on all F-Series TeraFrame Cabinets.

TeraFrame® Cabinet System Accessories - Thermal Management

Snap-In Filler Panel Block airflow through open rack-mount spaces to help keep hot air at the back of the cabinet. Panels snap into square-punched equipment rails. No tools required!

Air Dam Kit Use with Snap-In Filler Panels to block airflow around the top, bottom and sides of equipment.

Internal Air Duct Channel cold air from the raised floor plenum to the top half of the cabinet to reduce hot spots. Adjustable 4 RMU high doors direct air to the front of equipment. It also blocks airflow around equipment so a separate Air Dam is not required.

Vertical Exhaust Duct System Move hot exhaust air from the rear of the cabinet to a drop ceiling plenum or a point high in the room. Duct is now available in two versions that telescope to provide infinite heights that range from 20" - 60" (508 mm - 1523 mm). Gaskets along the top edge provide a seal around the opening into the drop ceiling. Includes a Vertical Exhaust Duct, Server Top Panel, Airflow Director and Rear Door Sealing Kit.

Vertical Exhaust Duct Use with a perforated front door, solid side panels and solid rear door to funnel hot air out of the top of the cabinet into drop ceiling plenum. Duct is now available in two versions that telescope to provide infinite heights that range from 20" - 60" (508 mm - 1523 mm). Gaskets along the top edge provide a seal around the opening into the drop ceiling. Includes a Vertical Exhaust Duct only. Use with an Air Dam Kit, Airflow Director and Filler Panels in all open RMU spaces on a cabinet that has a Server Top Panel with a knockout for the duct.

Airflow Director Mounts to bottom rear of cabinet to direct hot exhaust air from servers mounted at the bottom of cabinet to space between back of equipment and rear door.

*NEW* Bottom Panel Covers the bottom of the cabinet to block airflow into and out of the base of the cabinet.

*NEW* Seal Kit Seals the space between bayed cabinets to prevent hot exhaust air from escaping the cabinets when one or both side panels are omitted.

TeraFrame® Cabinet System Accessories - Cable Management
NEW Vertical Cable Manager T-shaped fingers guide cables into each rack-mount space. Attaches to mounting rail or cabinet frame and adjusts with equipment along the side of the cabinet.

NEW Front-to-Back Cable Managers Adjustable depth tray connects a front-facing and rear-facing Vertical Cable Manager to create a front-to-back cable pathway along the side of the cabinet.

*NEW* Vertical Cable Ring Manager Attaches to the side of the equipment mounting rails to guide and manage cables.

Rack-Mount Cable Shelf Shelf features brushed openings a for cables along the front panel to create a front-to-back pathway for cables without compromising critical one-way airflow through the cabinet. Shelf also provides slack management for fiber patch cords.

Vertical Power Cord Manager Creates a separate pathway specifically for power strips and power cords along the side of the cabinet. Attaches to the cabinet frame and adjusts in depth to match equipment. Two versions available - narrow and wide.

*NEW* Cable Lashing Bracket Provides attachment points for fastening cable bundles.

Power Strip Mounting Bracket Attach non-CPI power strips or PDUs to the Wide Vertical Power Manager with this hardware kit.

Vertical Power Strip Manager Creates a separate pathway specifically for two or four power strips along the side of the cabinet. Attaches to the cabinet frame and adjusts in depth to match equipment. Two versions available - dual and quad.

Power Cord Management Kit Add to the Wide Vertical Power Manager to take up power cable slack.

*NEW* Power Strip Lashing Bracket Supports one or two CPI Vertical Power Strips and provides multiple attachment points for fastening power cable bundles.


TeraFrame® Cabinet System - Service Parts

Front Door Three styles are available: perforated metal, solid tinted plexiglass and solid metal. Rear Door Three styles are available: single perforated metal, double perforated metal and single solid metal. Door Latches Seven types of door latches are available. Side Panels Two styles are available: solid and vented. Both feature locking, spring-loaded latches and come with two keys. Top Panels Three styles are available: Server, Network and Vertical Exhaust Duct. Vertical Exhaust Duct and Server Top Panel Retrofit existing F-Series Cabinets with new telescoping duct. Mounting Rails Two styles are available: square-punched and tapped. *NEW* Zero Spacing Baying Kit M6 hardware for baying two cabinets with or without side panels when no space is required between cabinets. Cabinets must be same height and depth. **NEW Narrow Baying Kit** Bay two cabinets with or without side panels. Cabinets must be same height, but can be different depths. NEW 24" Baying & Fascia Kit Allows you to bay and center two 23.6"W (600 mm) cabinets over 24"W (610 mm) raised access floor tiles. The Fascia covers the gap between cabinets. Cabinets must be the same height and depth. *NEW* 24” Baying Brackets Allows you to bay and center two 23.6"W (600 mm) cabinets over 24"W (610 mm) raised access floor tiles. There will be a gap between cabinets. Cabinets must be the same height, but can be different depths. Casters Full swivel, locking casters make moving a cabinet easy.
