The electrical protection of today’s high-speed cabling systems is an essential part of a properly designed and installed IT infrastructure. Grounding Busbars – a central point for equipment ground connections

Made from Hard-Drawn Electrolytic Tough Pitch 110 Alloy solid copper
Insulators and mounting brackets preassembled, as appropriate
Different sizes and various hole patterns available to accommodate your installation’s bonding system
- BICSI & ANSI/EIA/TIA Grounding Busbars – TGB and TMGB patterns available for the data center and the building’s main telecommunications bonding system, respectively; accommodate two-hole lugs per industry recommendations
- Standard Busbars – specifically designed for commercial applications and to accept single-hole lugs
- Busbar Assemblies With Lug Kits – BICSI & ANSI/EIA/TIA Grounding Busbars combined with appropriate sets of lugs
- Horizontal Rack Busbar – for the creation of electrical continuity from rack to rack
- Vertical Rack Busbar – for the creation of a vertical grounding continuity path between equipment along the rack or cabinet face

Grounding Busbars

Insulators – to electrically isolate Busbars from the wall or other mounting surfaces, thereby controlling the current path

Busbar Insulator Assemblies – pair of insulators and mounting brackets for Busbars
Rack Busbar Insulator Block – rigid support that physically separates Rack Busbars from all sources of energy
Rack Base Insulator Kit – electrical isolation of a rack from the floor
Cable Runway Insulator Bar Kit – electrical isolation of cable runway sections, useful where strong EMI/RFI fields could generate eddy-currents that disturb down-line equipment

Grounding Insulators

Antioxidant Joint Compound – oxide-inhibiting, anti-seizing, cleansing joint compound

Used to improve the electrical conductivity and enhance the integrity of any grounding or bonding connection
Creation of a high-connectivity joint by sealing out air and moisture as well as cleaning off dirt and residue to prevent corrosion and reformation of oxide film
Good for all voltages
Available for aluminum or copper connections

Joint Compound

Compression Tools and Connectors – for quick and safe connections of copper wires and conductors

Two types of compression tools – with long steel handles and comfortable rubber grips – to attach lugs and butt splices (not recommended for use with C-Tap connections)
- Compression Tool, Dieless – to connect copper or aluminum conductors
- Crimp Tool – complete with dies and featuring handles that allow for two-handed crimping
*NEW* Compression Lugs – to connect electrical wires to copper or tinned copper conductors; with various sizes, hole patterns and color codes to accommodate various types of installations
