Website QuestionsMany of our customers speak highly of our technical and sales support teams because of their dedicated efforts to help customers find solutions to IT infrastructure problems. Often times, common themes come up during support calls that can be solved fairly easy by a visit to the CPI Website. Here are five items you may find helpful.

1.) If you need information on a particular product but do not know the part number, the Documentation Center can help narrow your search results. You can search "By Keyword" or you can select the "By Product" option and select the particular product you are looking for. Then de-select the document types you do not need and "Submit" your query - simple as that.
