Forgot Something?

December 25, 2007

Hello there folks. I am very excited to be a part of the Blog Team here at CPI! We have a great bunch of people and they all have something valuable to share.

We are very busy this Holiday Season, but we feel that no matter how busy we are, we still have time for you, our customer, so here is my first tidbit of information.

When ordering CPI racks or cabinets it is important to remember the extra items that are needed to finish the project. It is like buying a gift; you want to be sure to get the wrapping paper, bows, and tape. Nothing is worse than remembering the night before that you forgot to pick up these items, and then having to give it “as is”. It just does not provide the best impression.

It is the same when you, as the contractor, show up to install the racks or equipment and have forgotten something important. Remember that the customer may not have considered this when they contacted you to contract for the install, but your foresight will give you the competitive advantage, and save the day. Remember also that your most likely install times are when the businesses are closed, and that includes your friendly distributor.

Some things you may consider as necessary or optional:

Until next time, take care, and if you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].
