Have You Noticed Anything Different About our Website?

CPI’s eMarketing Team continually gathers input from both employees and customers about the tools and resources available on our website. Some suggestions can be implemented quickly but others require preparation and contributions from various departments and partners. We recently published some more extensive improvements that you may have noticed. Here is a quick rundown.

  1. Home page provides more interactivity and information. We replaced static graphics with a Flash movie that not only scrolls through our current promotions, but provides a high-level description of all of our product families as you mouse over the product family buttons.Login-Feature.jpg
  2. Implemented single sign on. This means that you only have to log in once to access all of the secure features on our Website such as White Papers and our Product Configurator
  3. Update your profile. Once you are logged in, you can update your personal information such as your address; you can also change your username or password.
  4. “My Cart” is now accessible from any page.  Once you log in, “My Cart” will be visible at the top right of any page. This allows you to access saved configurations you created using the Product Configurator, or retrieve products you may have added to your cart in the eCatalog.

In addition to these, we are always updating the Website with new products, documents, distributor/sales contact information, and other resources. If you have suggestions for further improvements to our Website, suggest them using the comment link below or email webmaster@chatsworth.com.
