CPI eNewsletter Program Goes Global, Introduces Translated Versions

March 21, 2012

CPI eNewsletter, Now in Four Versions WorldwideAs the first quarter of 2012 draws to a close, Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI) has taken yet another important step towards total global service. Earlier this week, the very first editions of CPI’s eNewsletter, The Source, were emailed to subscribers across the globe, and more importantly, in completely localized and translated versions for those in Asia Pacific (Simplified Chinese), Latin America (Spanish) and the United Kingdom (Queen’s English).

In addition to our long-running U.S. English/Global version of The Source, the introduction of three new editions now means customers, contractors, installers and more in each of these key regions will receive the comprehensive news, notes, product information and beyond that matters most to them.

This announcement comes just weeks after CPI launched localized websites for the regions mentioned above, and just as our international online service and support expands, so too is our network of international sales and customer support in country.

That includes the recent addition of Pablo Léija as CPI’s new Regional Manager for Northern Mexico, Begona Frutas as our new Inside Sales/Customer Service covering Italy, Spain and Germany, and Sneh Ahuja as Inside Sales/Customer Service in Dubai.

Along with major development in China and Canada, the regions represented are all experiencing an enormous amount of growth in the need for high quality data center, telecommunications and information technology services. CPI is proud to call each of these regions home with local offices, many of which feature state-of-the-art product demonstrations labs, training centers and more.

Whether you're a current CPI eNewsletter reader or would like to sign up for future editions (you can get more than one if preferred), simply click here to update your subscription and receive The Source.

No matter what your preference, isn’t it nice to know that CPI understands your needs in more ways than one? Jeff Cihocki, Global eContent Specialist
