New Features to CPI’s Cable Management Accessories Help Reduce Installation Time, Labor Costs

 

To successfully manage cables and maximize your network infrastructure uptime, Chatsworth Products (CPI) offers Cable Management and Cable Pathway products that provide the support, reliability and flexibility you need to sustain and grow your network capabilities. 

CPI’s Cable Management and Cable Pathway products come with a variety of available accessories, which can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of each facility and make installations a lot easier.

For example, we now offer a Cable Runway Elevation Kit for racks and cabinets in a new standard height 10-12 inches (250 mm – 300 mm), which allows for smoother transitions of cables. 

 

Additionally, CPI’s new adjustable Cable Runway Radius Drop has been designed to be installed over a cross member, while being supported by the side stringer.  

 

“This new design eliminates the need for having to remove a cross member when installing a radius drop above the vertical cable management system, reducing installation time and labor costs,” Michael Moore, CPI’s Product Manager for Open Architecture, explains. 

Lastly, CPI’s Evolution Horizontal Cable Manager, our standard solution for handling high-density cabling applications, is now available in a 4U height configuration, which supports larger cable density of cables within a single manager. This eliminates the need to install multiple horizontal cable managers to support large cable density applications, according to Moore.
