CPI-branded 1-phase models featuring Lead-Acid batteries carry a standard warranty of 3 years with an option to extend it to 5 years by adding an additional 2 years of coverage. CPI-branded 3-phase models featuring Lead-Acid batteries carry a standard warranty of 2 years with an option to extend it up to 5 years by adding an additional 3 years of coverage. Extended warranty include coverage of electronics and internal batteries on UPS’s and advanced replacement with ground shipping both ways.
