Ian SeatonChatsworth Products (CPI) has many experienced employees who hold various industry certifications and participate on advisory boards and technical committees.

Ian Seaton, CPI’s Global Technology Consultant, is one of them.

With more than 30 years of experience, Seaton is a notable professional within the industry. He serves on the BICSI 002 Data Center Standard subcommittee as a working group leader and editor,  and contributes to the Green Grid Airflow Management Energy Calculator Committee. He is also a patent holder for airflow performance algorithms.

Seaton recently retired from CPI but continues to act as a consultant, advising manufacturers and data center operators/designers on facility efficiency improvement opportunities.

DatacenterDynamics Converged in Seattle – Sept. 4

Seaton will present on the impact of data center certifications, such as the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED to identify cost-saving opportunities and competitive advantages.
