GEORGETOWN, TX—Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI), a 100% employee-owned leading manufacturer of structural support systems for technology equipment, announces the release of the new SteelFrame T-Series Cabinet.
Designed with CPI Style, the SteelFrame T-Series Cabinet was specifically developed for applications requiring a simple and cost-effective solution for mounting and securing electronic and network equipment. While decidedly affordable, the SteelFrame T-Series offers the quality design, construction, materials and workmanship common to all CPI products.
An ideal storage solution for EIA 19" rack-mountable equipment, the SteelFrame T-Series Cabinet is available in two widths: 24" and 27.3". Cabinets are available with three usable depths: 22.6", 30", and 36" and two height options: 78" and 84". The T-Series can be utilized as a standard 4-post cabinet, an open architecture 4-post frame, or, as a 2-channel rack by simply sliding the mounting rails together. The basic frame without doors, side panels and top create a sturdy, economical 4-post open mounting system.
To accommodate expanded equipment storage, SteelFrame T-Series cabinets of the same height and depth can be bayed using the Multi-Bay Attachment Hardware Kit, included with each cabinet. In CPI style, vertical cable management is included with every T-Series cabinet.
While the 27.3" wide cabinet features a high capacity vertical cable manager, the 24" wide server cabinet includes vertical cable management in a streamlined package. With an internal load bearing weight capacity of 2000 pounds and made of high-grade, high-strength steel, the SteelFrame T-Series Cabinet provides sound structural integrity to support and protect valuable computer components.
CPI has also introduced new accessories specifically for SteelFrame T-Series cabinets, including a fan kit, a low-profile steel shelf, a caster set and a grounding and bonding kit.
