Billions in Structured Cabling and Installation Funding for Schools Available through eRate Program

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has authorized up to $3.5 Billion for internal connections and Wi-Fi infrastructure in U.S. grades K-12 and public libraries for funding year 2015. (eRate requests for the 2016 season opens in September.)

This means thousands of school districts nationwide will be purchasing Wi-Fi infrastructure, structured cabling and installation to update their schools this year.
