Chatsworth Products and Oberon Each Honored with Innovators Awards from Cabling Installation & Maintenance

While solving customer challenges and helping the industry power and protect their technology investments will always be core to what drives Chatsworth Products (CPI) and Oberon, a division of Chatsworth Products, it’s always exciting to launch new products that really hit their mark, find their stride among customers and earn industry accolades along the way.
In 2021, that includes CPI’s new flagship data center cabinet, the ZetaFrame™ Cabinet, and Oberon’s Model 1018-00 In-Plane Wi-Fi Access Point Enclosure, and now, thanks to the formal announcement from the industry experts at Cabling Installation & Maintenance (CI&M), both products have been named as Innovators Award recipients in CI&M’s Distribution and Routing Equipment category at this year’s 2021 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition.
Gold Innovators Award
The Gold Innovators Award was presented to Oberon’s Model 1018-00 In-Plane Wi-Fi Access Point Enclosure. With the expansion of 5G and Wi-Fi wireless network technologies, the enclosure has become an ideal solution in venues where the AP needs to “visually disappear” without compromising wireless coverage performance.
Silver Innovators Award
The ZetaFrame Cabinet is recipient of this year’s Silver Innovators Award in Distribution and Routing Equipment. In less than a year, ZetaFrame has already become highly popular among customers in need of quick deployment, broad customization capabilities and strong support for ever-increasing cabinet densities.
