Enhance Your Learning with Two Expert Discussions at the 2019 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition

September 05, 2019

BICSI-Fall2019.jpgIt’s an exciting time of the year for those working in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector, as many—Chatsworth Products (CPI) included—are anxiously preparing for one of the season’s premier events—the BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition.

This year’s event happens September 29 - October 3 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas. Topics of interest include the latest trends in ICT like Power over Ethernet (PoE), intelligent buildings, smart cities, Internet of Things (IoT), data centers, optical fiber and passive optical networks (PON) and more.

Staying in line with this year’s agenda and purpose of helping to enhance your learning, CPI will be presenting on two highly relevant topics during the conference:

Top 10 Ways to Boost Capacity with Better Data Center Power and Networking Management
Monday, Sept. 30 from 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.

In a special preconference presentation, CPI Product Managers Duke Robertson and Ashish Moondra will join Justin Capone of Sunbird® Software to help you find out if you’re getting the most out of your existing power and cable management resources. The session, worth three BICSI CECs, costs $165 for BICSI members and $175 for nonmembers, and promises to uncover how network managers can get a better handle on their overall physical cable connectivity, institute more visualization and learn how to better manage capacity using data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software.

Just What the Doctor Ordered: How Health Care Facility Infrastructure Depends on
Smart Cabling, Smarter Planning

Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

If you’re building mission-critical networks that health care facilities rely on to provide safe, accurate and continuous patient care, you’ll want to schedule time to participate in this discussion with CPI Regional Sales Manager Mitch Cohen, RCDD. He'll focus on key TIA 1179-A requirements and take a deeper look at best practices and solutions for cabling topologies, distances, pathways and spaces, as well as entrance facilities, equipment and telecommunications rooms, enclosures and bonding and grounding considerations.

Whether you’re looking to simply observe and listen, or speak directly with one of our presenters about your challenges, participating in these live discussions will help you meet your attendance objectives and maximize your time at BICSI Fall 2019.
