(CPI), a 100% employee-owned leading manufacturer of structural support systems for technology equipment, has introduced the ThinLine™ II Wall-Mount Cabinet. The new cabinet provides exceptional storage options for 19” rack-mount network equipment installed in tight areas and high-traffic locations such as classrooms and retail stores. A streamlined design provides minimal intrusion into the room, alleviating safety concerns.

Available in 2 RMU, 4 RMU or 6 RMU, the ThinLine II can hold a server, switch, horizontal cable manager, patch panel, fiber service loop and fiber-optic patch panel, with room to accommodate additional equipment. The cabinet features a flexible mounting system with individual rail components that can be rotated for horizontal or vertical mounting to ease patch panel punchdown. An easy-to-remove top panel offers convenient access to the front of switches and routers without disturbing other devices and cables within the cabinet.

The cabinet also features a lockable door with rounded edges and corners – further enhancing safety and security. The door can be mounted to open from the right or left. Louvers located on each side of the cabinet and a grille for an optional fan accessory improve ventilation. Knockouts located on three sides and a generous opening in the back panel facilitate easy cable entry and exit. Numerous tie-down points and included Saf-T-Grip® straps keep cables secure.

The ThinLine II is available in two heights and three depths. It is manufactured from rugged 16-gauge steel and has a static load rating of 100 pounds. Ships fully assembled. Accessories are available to provide a complete installation. ThinLine II options include an Intelligent Fan Kit, Patch Panel Wire Management Bar, Fiber Slack Manager Panel and Surge-Suppressed Duplex Receptacle.
