| Width |
Product Description
CPI Standard Busbars are insulated ground bus mounting plates specifically designed for commercial applications. The Hard-Drawn Electrolytic Tough Pitch 110 Alloy solid copper bonding bars are 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick and stand off 2.75" (70 mm) from the backboard or wall. The 10" (254 mm) Busbar accepts 1/4" (6.4 mm) single bolt lugs. The 12" (304.8 mm) and 20" (508 mm) Busbars provide connection for nine or 17 lugs respectively, accepting lugs with either 3/4", 1" or 1-3/4" (19 mm, 25.4 mm or 44.5 mm) centers. Any lug with 3/8” (9.5 mm) bolts may be used.

Key Features of the 10622 Standard Busbar
The 10622 standard busbar provides an insulated grounding solution engineered for demanding commercial environments. Its hard‑drawn electrolytic tough‑pitch 110 alloy copper offers exceptional conductivity and durability. The design complies with UL® listing requirements, ensuring reliable performance in data centers and enterprise facilities. Each busbar incorporates 1/4″ (6.4 mm) thick copper that stands off 2.75″ (70 mm) from the mounting surface, creating a safe separation from live components. The assembly includes two insulators and two stand‑off brackets, delivering a secure and repeatable installation. Stainless‑steel hardware and lock washers complete the pre‑assembled package for rapid deployment. The 10622 series supports a range of lug configurations, accepting single‑bolt lugs on the 10″ version and multiple lugs on the 12″ and 20″ lengths. This flexibility enables customized grounding bus bars that match specific conduit and cable layouts. Engineers can select lug spacing of 3/4″, 1″ or 1‑3/4″ (19 mm, 25.4 mm or 44.5 mm) to suit their design requirements. Designed for hyperscale computing busbar connector applications, the busbars integrate seamlessly into high‑density rack systems. Their modular nature allows for diverse busbar configurations across multi‑tenant and edge data center deployments. The insulated busbars help maintain grounding integrity while supporting scalable infrastructure growth. Overall, the 10622 insulated busbars enhance safety, reduce electrical noise, and simplify grounding maintenance. Their UL® listed construction delivers confidence for facilities that demand rigorous compliance. CPI's global support and rapid customization ensure these ground bus bars meet the evolving needs of modern data center environments.
