Product Description
CPI Standard Busbars are insulated ground bus mounting plates specifically designed for commercial applications. The Hard-Drawn Electrolytic Tough Pitch 110 Alloy solid copper bonding bars are 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick and stand off 2.75" (70 mm) from the backboard or wall. The 10" (254 mm) Busbar accepts 1/4" (6.4 mm) single bolt lugs. The 12" (304.8 mm) and 20" (508 mm) Busbars provide connection for nine or 17 lugs respectively, accepting lugs with either 3/4", 1" or 1-3/4" (19 mm, 25.4 mm or 44.5 mm) centers. Any lug with 3/8” (9.5 mm) bolts may be used.

- 2 stand-off brackets
- 4 stainless steel bolts

The grounding busbar sizes include 10-inch (254 mm), 12-inch (304.8 mm), and 20-inch (508 mm) lengths to accommodate different application needs. The 10-inch model accepts 1/4-inch (6.4 mm) single bolt lugs, while the 12-inch and 20-inch versions support multiple lugs with center distances of 3/4 inch (19 mm), 1 inch (25.4 mm), or 1-3/4 inches (44.5 mm). Each standard busbar assembly includes the busbar, two insulators, two stand-off brackets, and stainless steel hardware for secure installation. The busbars are preassembled and shipped individually, simplifying the setup process. The stand-off design positions the busbar 2.75 inches (70 mm) from the wall or backboard, providing easy access for connections.
