Key Features of the 10622-020 Busbar
The 10622-020 provides a robust busbar ground solution built from hard‑drawn electrolytic tough‑pitch 110 alloy copper. Its 1/4 in (6.4 mm) thickness and 2.75 in (70 mm) stand‑off ensure excellent mechanical strength and clear separation from enclosure walls. Each unit ships pre‑assembled with two insulators, stand‑off brackets, and stainless‑steel fasteners for fast installation. Dimensions measure 4 in H x 20 in W x 0.25 in D (102 mm x 508 mm x 6 mm), fitting standard 19‑in rack configurations without modification. The busbar accepts 1/4 in (6.4 mm) bolt lugs and offers nine or seventeen attachment points on the 12‑in and 20‑in lengths, respectively, accommodating 3/4‑in, 1‑in, or 1‑3/4‑in lug spacing. All hardware is UL® listed for dependable grounding performance. Designed for commercial data‑center enclosures, the insulated busbars reduce the risk of accidental short circuits and simplify bonding procedures. The integrated lock washers and flat washers secure connections while maintaining electrical continuity. Optional configurations are available on request to match specific layout requirements. CPI's commitment to quality ensures every busbar meets rigorous industry standards and provides long‑term reliability. The product's corrosion‑resistant finish extends service life in harsh environments. Engineers can download BIM and Visio files directly from the product page to streamline design integration. By selecting the 10622-020 ground busbar, facilities gain a proven, easy‑to‑install grounding solution that supports high‑density equipment and enhances overall system safety.
