Product Information
Duct Corners and Adjustable Height for Seamless Installation
The drop ceiling duct provides a sealed pathway that channels warm air from the top of a ZetaFrame® cabinet to a drop ceiling air return. Designed for overhead duct configurations, it integrates easily with existing ceiling grids and maintains consistent airflow across the data center. This solution reduces hot spots and supports high‑density equipment deployments. Adjustable‑height sections allow the duct to span the distance between the cabinet roof and the ceiling, accommodating variations in ceiling height. Built‑in duct corners guide airflow around obstacles and preserve a smooth, low‑turbulence path. The flexible top seal adapts to minor ceiling irregularities while preserving a tight seal. Installation includes a brush‑sealed cable opening, enabling power and data cables to pass without compromising the sealed environment. The design is compatible with standard power duct accessories, simplifying routing of power cords and reducing clutter. All hardware is supplied with the kit, ensuring a quick, error‑free fit. The vertical exhaust duct matches the dimensions of ZetaFrame® cabinets that are 29.5″ W (750 mm) and 34″-60″ H (863 mm-1523 mm). Aluminum panels deliver durability, while the black or Glacier White finish blends with typical data center aesthetics. One‑piece construction minimizes part count and eases inventory management. By directing hot air directly to a drop ceiling duct, facilities achieve lower cooling costs and improved energy efficiency. CPI's expertise in thermal management ensures reliable performance in hyperscale, multitenant, and edge data center environments. The result is a clean, efficient airflow strategy that supports today's demanding IT workloads.
