Product Information
Key Features of the ZetaFrame® Vertical Exhaust Duct
The ZetaFrame® vertical duct creates a sealed pathway for hot air to leave the cabinet, improving overall airflow efficiency. By directing exhaust air toward an overhead drop ceiling, the vertical duct supports a reliable cabinet exhaust strategy that reduces recirculation. This solution is essential for high‑density environments where precise thermal management is critical. Designed with a two‑piece construction, the duct height can be adjusted from 34″ to 60″ to match the distance between the cabinet roof and the ceiling. A flexible top seal and durable duct seal accommodate variations in ceiling height while maintaining a tight, leak‑free connection. The adjustable configuration ensures optimal performance for any exhaust cabinet installation. The integrated brush‑sealed cable opening allows power cords to pass through without compromising the exhaust path. This exhaust brush feature preserves the integrity of the airflow while providing easy cable management. The sealed opening also helps protect equipment from dust and contaminants. The vertical duct pairs seamlessly with ZetaFrame® cabinets that feature solid rear doors, bottom panels, air dams, and snap‑in filler panels. When used with CPI's air director and containment accessories, it completes an effective airflow containment system. The modular design supports both new builds and retrofit projects across enterprise, hyperscale and edge data centers. By delivering a consistent and controlled cabinet exhaust flow, the vertical duct contributes to lower cooling costs and higher equipment reliability. CPI's global engineering expertise ensures the duct meets rigorous industry standards and is backed by comprehensive technical support. Choose the ZetaFrame® vertical duct to future‑proof your data center's thermal management strategy.
