Product Description
Featuring an industry-leading 1500 lb (680 kg) equipment load, the Z4-Series SeismicFrame® can also support an additional 100 lb (45 kg) top load for cabling. This cabinet was tested by a Telecommunications Carrier Group and ISO 17025 certified Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) to meet the Telcordia Technologies GR-63-CORE, Issue 4, April 2012, Sections 4.4 per Zone 4 requirements. GR-63-CORE seismic testing includes a series of physical shaker table tests, during which a loaded cabinet is placed through simulated earthquake conditions. Zone 4 testing includes the most severe test conditions, in which the cabinet must perform with limited movement and survive the test without permanent structural or mechanical damage, ensuring the internal equipment is not damaged.

Seismic Testing and Load Capacity Specifications
The Z4-11N-1000-C12 SeismicFrame® Cabinet System is engineered for data center cabinets in seismic zones, providing robust protection for critical infrastructure. This seismic cabinet undergoes rigorous testing to meet Telcordia GR-63-CORE Zone 4 requirements, ensuring equipment remains secure during earthquakes. Its design supports high-density server and network applications with unparalleled reliability.
With an industry-leading 1500 lb (680 kg) equipment load capacity, this data center cabinet exceeds standard seismic cabinet performance for demanding environments. Independent testing by an ISO 17025 certified laboratory validates its resilience under simulated seismic events, safeguarding valuable IT assets. The additional 100 lb (45 kg) top load capacity accommodates cable management needs without compromise.
Key features include adjustable-depth equipment mounting rails for flexible server cabinet configurations, enhancing compatibility with various equipment. A wide range of thermal management and cable management accessories optimizes airflow and organization within the cabinet. These elements contribute to efficient operation in critical facilities and network cabinet deployments.
The SeismicFrame Cabinet System simplifies installation with primary and secondary floor anchorage points, eliminating the need for costly external bracing. Pre-drilled top attachment points facilitate overhead pathway mounting for streamlined cable management. This approach reduces engineering time and costs while ensuring compliance with seismic standards.
UL Listed for a 3000 lb (1360 kg) static payload and OSHPD pre-approved, this seismic-resistant cabinet meets stringent regulatory requirements for critical infrastructure. Integrated transport casters aid in positioning during installation, improving deployment efficiency. This solution is essential for protecting data center cabinets in earthquake-prone regions, offering peace of mind for IT managers.
