Product Description
Featuring an industry-leading 1500 lb (680 kg) equipment load, the Z4-Series SeismicFrame® can also support an additional 100 lb (45 kg) top load for cabling. This cabinet was tested by a Telecommunications Carrier Group and ISO 17025 certified Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) to meet the Telcordia Technologies GR-63-CORE, Issue 4, April 2012, Sections 4.4 per Zone 4 requirements. GR-63-CORE seismic testing includes a series of physical shaker table tests, during which a loaded cabinet is placed through simulated earthquake conditions. Zone 4 testing includes the most severe test conditions, in which the cabinet must perform with limited movement and survive the test without permanent structural or mechanical damage, ensuring the internal equipment is not damaged.

Robust Load Capacity and Seismic Protection
The Z4-21U-113C-E12 is a high‑performance seismic cabinet engineered for critical facilities. As part of the SeismicFrame® Cabinet System it meets Telcordia GR‑63‑CORE Zone 4 requirements for earthquake resilience. This 43U Z4-Series cabinet delivers robust protection for dense IT equipment in data‑center and edge environments. Designed for an industry‑leading 1500 lb (680 kg) equipment load, the cabinet can also support an additional 100 lb (45 kg) top load for cabling and accessories. The 113c model features square‑punched rails and double‑perforated rear doors that facilitate airflow while maintaining structural integrity. Its UL® Listed 2416 rating ensures a 3000 lb (1360 kg) static payload for non‑seismic installations. Installation is simplified by floor‑anchorage points that eliminate the need for costly external bracing calculations. Primary and secondary anchorage locations provide flexibility for RMR® mechanical integration and secure mounting to concrete or raised floors. Transport casters enable easy positioning during initial deployment and subsequent maintenance. A wide range of thermal management and cable‑management accessories are available, including adjustable‑depth mounting rails, top‑panel vent kits, and side‑panel cable trays. The cabinet's pre‑drilled top attachment points support overhead pathways and additional bracing for high‑density deployments. Integrated grounding and bonding hardware streamline compliance with industry standards. Engineers can accelerate design with CPI's downloadable CAD, BIM, and Visio stencil files, which are fully compatible with the Z4‑Series cabinet dimensions. The product designer tool allows rapid configuration of optional accessories and accurate bill‑of‑materials generation. Dedicated CPI consultation services ensure each solution meets the specific requirements of projects such as those for RMR Mechanical Inc.
