Product Description
Featuring an industry-leading 1500 lb (680 kg) equipment load, the Z4-Series SeismicFrame® can also support an additional 100 lb (45 kg) top load for cabling. This cabinet was tested by a Telecommunications Carrier Group and ISO 17025 certified Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) to meet the Telcordia Technologies GR-63-CORE, Issue 4, April 2012, Sections 4.4 per Zone 4 requirements. GR-63-CORE seismic testing includes a series of physical shaker table tests, during which a loaded cabinet is placed through simulated earthquake conditions. Zone 4 testing includes the most severe test conditions, in which the cabinet must perform with limited movement and survive the test without permanent structural or mechanical damage, ensuring the internal equipment is not damaged.

Industry‑Leading 1500 lb (680 kg) Seismic Load Capacity
The Z4‑22N‑113C‑C12 delivers an industry‑leading 1500 lb (680 kg) seismic equipment load, ensuring that critical network gear remains secure during the most severe ground motion. Certified to Telcordia GR‑63‑CORE Zone 4, the cabinet's SeismicFrame® design incorporates dual‑point keyed latches and reinforced steel framing for maximum resilience. This 113c model also meets OSHPD OPM‑0112 requirements, providing a pre‑approved, code‑compliant solution for health‑care facilities. Designed as a custom seismic cabinet system, the enclosure supports a supplemental 100 lb (45 kg) top load for cable trays and accessories, allowing flexible routing without compromising structural integrity. The square‑punched rails and adjustable‑depth mounting hardware accommodate a wide range of server and switch configurations. Integrated grounding and bonding features simplify installation while maintaining compliance with UL 2416 static‑load ratings. The cabinet's exterior features a single perforated metal front door and double‑perforated rear doors, each equipped with two‑point keyed locks for controlled access. A standard black finish blends with most data‑center aesthetics, and optional transport casters enable easy positioning during deployment. Primary and secondary anchorage points give installers the choice of floor‑mounting methods without the need for costly external bracing calculations. CPI provides downloadable design tools, including CAD, BIM, and Visio stencil packages, so engineers can model the 113c frame within their overall layout. These resources accelerate project timelines and ensure the enclosure integrates seamlessly with existing power, cooling, and cable‑management systems. The Z4‑Series also offers a full suite of thermal accessories to support high‑density environments. By selecting this SeismicFrame® cabinet, data‑center operators gain confidence that their critical infrastructure can withstand earthquakes while maintaining uptime. The combination of proven testing, robust construction, and CPI's global support network makes the Z4‑22N‑113C‑C12 an ideal choice for enterprises, colocation providers, and hyperscale facilities seeking reliable, custom seismic cabinet solutions.
