Product Information
Optimize Cable Pathway with Radius Drop 14304-115
CPI's tool-less cross member radius drop 14304-115 is engineered to support and guide cable loads as they enter and exit the runway, ensuring cables maintain proper bend radius. This innovative component installs without tools, mounting directly to the sides of the runway for rapid deployment. It is compatible with 1.5 inches by 3/8 inches (38.1 mm by 9.53 mm) stringers, enhancing efficiency in data center infrastructure.
The tool-less design allows for flexible positioning over or between runway cross members, simplifying cable management in high-density environments. Users can employ Saf-T-Grip® retainers or cable ties with tie-down slots to secure cables effectively. This feature reduces installation time and labor costs while supporting optimal cable performance in enterprise networking applications.
With a 3-inch (76.2 mm) bend radius, the radius drop 14304-115 protects cables from damage and signal degradation, critical for maintaining network integrity. The included 1.4 inches high (36 mm), 1-inch (25 mm) diameter ABS cable spools separate and guide cables, organizing pathways in data centers or industrial settings. This design supports reliable operations for AI, HPC, and edge computing solutions.
Compatibility with Universal, TELCO, UL Classified, and Adjustable Cable Runway systems ensures broad application across various infrastructure needs. Manufactured from durable steel with plastic spools, the drop-115 model offers longevity and resilience in demanding environments. This versatility makes it a key component for future-ready data centers seeking to maximize density and performance.
Easily integrated into existing cable pathway setups, the tool-less cross member radius drop enhances airflow management and reduces clutter. Its tool-less installation aligns with CPI's commitment to providing efficient, customizable solutions that power and protect growing technology investments. This product supports global availability and rapid deployment, helping maintain a competitive edge in dynamic markets.
