Product Information
Maximize Cable Integrity with Radius Drop 118 Solutions
The Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop 14304-118 is a critical accessory in CPI's cable pathway portfolio, designed to facilitate smooth cable transitions in data center runways. By supporting cable loads and guiding them through entry and exit points, it ensures that cables adhere to the necessary bend radius standards, which is vital for preventing performance issues. This tool-less solution streamlines installation processes, reducing downtime and enhancing overall system efficiency.
One of the key features of this radius drop is its tool-less installation capability, which allows for rapid deployment without specialized tools. The included ABS cable spools, measuring 1.4 inches high and 1 inch in diameter, effectively separate and route cables while maintaining a 3-inch bend radius. Additionally, the drop can be positioned either over or between the runway cross members, offering flexibility in various cable management setups.
Benefits of using the Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop include improved cable organization, reduced risk of cable damage, and enhanced airflow management. The tie-down slots enable secure attachment using Saf-T-Grips or cable ties, ensuring cables remain in place during operation. This contributes to a cleaner, more efficient data center environment, supporting high-density applications and future scalability.
Specifications for the 14304-118 model highlight its robust construction, with steel components and plastic spools that withstand rigorous use. It is compatible with multiple cable runway systems, including Universal, TELCO, UL Classified, and Adjustable Cable Runway, providing broad applicability.
