Product Information
Key Features of the Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop
The Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop (drop-124) provides a streamlined solution for guiding cables on a runway while maintaining a consistent 3‑inch bend radius. Designed for the 14304‑124 configuration, this accessory fits directly onto standard 1.5″ x 3/8″ stringers without the need for tools. Its gray‑finished steel construction offers durability in demanding data‑center environments. Installation is completely tool‑less, allowing technicians to mount the drop in seconds and secure it with the built‑in tie‑down slots. The design works with both Universal and TELCO runway systems, ensuring broad compatibility across CPI product families. Using Saf‑T‑Grip® or cable ties, the drop can be positioned over or between runway cross members for optimal cable routing. Each drop includes two ABS cable spools--one 1.4 in (36 mm) tall and one 1 in (25 mm) in diameter--to separate and guide individual cable bundles. This feature helps maintain the required bend radius and reduces strain on fiber and copper lines. The integrated spools also simplify future upgrades or re‑configurations of cabling infrastructure. The drop‑124 model supports a variety of runway types, including Universal, TELCO, UL‑Classified, and Adjustable Cable Runway configurations. Its flexibility makes it ideal for multi‑tenant, hyperscale, and edge data‑center deployments where space efficiency is critical. By providing a clean, organized pathway, the drop contributes to improved airflow and lower cooling costs. Built from high‑strength steel with precision‑molded plastic spools, the Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop delivers long‑term reliability. CPI's global network of authorized distributors ensures quick access to the 14304‑124 part, backed by comprehensive technical support. Choose this drop to enhance cable management, protect assets, and support the evolving needs of modern ICT environments.
