Product Information
Key Benefits of the Tool-less Radius Drop
The Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop 14304-706 is engineered to streamline cable routing on CPI cable runways. Its steel body and integrated ABS spools provide durable support for high‑density cabling environments. Designed for data centers, hyperscale facilities, and enterprise networking, this component simplifies installation while maintaining system reliability. A unique cross tool design allows the drop to mount directly onto runway cross members without screws or bolts. Installers simply snap the unit into place, reducing labor time and eliminating the need for additional hardware. This tool-less approach aligns with CPI's commitment to rapid product customization and quiet confidence in field deployment. The device delivers a precise 3‑inch (76 mm) bend radius, ensuring that fiber and copper cables meet manufacturer specifications. The built‑in 1.4‑inch (36 mm) diameter spools guide cables smoothly and prevent stress at entry points. By preserving bend integrity, the radius drop contributes to lower attenuation and longer cable life. As a versatile runway tool, the 14304‑706 is compatible with universal, TELCO, UL Classified, and adjustable cable runway families. It can be positioned over or between cross members, offering flexible layout options for complex cable pathways. The Saf‑T‑Grip® slots enable secure tie‑down using cable ties or clamps, further enhancing cable management. Implementing this radius drop supports a radius business solution that maximizes rack density while protecting critical infrastructure. Its tool-less installation and reliable guidance reduce downtime during upgrades or expansions. Choose the 14304‑706 to achieve efficient, organized cabling that meets the rigorous demands of modern data center operations.
