Key Features of the Tool-less Cross Member Radius Drop
The 14304-724 tool-less cross member radius drop from Chatsworth Products (CPI) supports and guides cable loads as they enter and exit the runway. This innovative solution allows cables to maintain a proper bend radius, reducing the risk of damage. Its design enhances cable management efficiency in data center environments.
Featuring a tool-less installation, the 14304-724 mounts directly to the sides of the runway without additional tools. It includes 1.4-inch high, 1-inch diameter ABS cable spools to separate and guide cables effectively. This setup saves time and labor costs during deployment.
The radius drop provides a consistent 3-inch bend radius, which is crucial for protecting high-performance cables. It is compatible with Universal, TELCO, UL Classified, and Adjustable Cable Runway systems. This versatility ensures reliable performance across various applications.
For secure cable management, users can employ Saf-T-Grips® or cable ties with the integrated tie-down slots. These 724 straps options help hold cables firmly in place, preventing movement. The radius solutions offered optimize airflow and reduce clutter in crowded pathways.
Manufactured from durable steel with plastic spools, the 14304-724 is built to withstand demanding conditions. Its tool-less cross member design allows flexible positioning over or between runway cross members. By integrating this drop, data centers achieve better organization and long-term reliability.
