According to a recent OMDIA report, market for AI processors for cloud & enterprise datacenters has risen from $10 billion to an estimated $78 billion. Deployment of these processors and GPU servers is always accompanied by significant rise in rack densities within the range of 20kW – 60kW. Being in discussions with several customers and having provided solutions to many, have introduced several power distribution challenges faced – these encompass issues faced with voltage and current selection, choice of over-current protection, receptacle options, cabinet height selection, redundancy options and several others.
