CPI Tech Support Team

The Technical Support Team has a saying, “We are here to make you successful.” It is important to us that we provide you with solutions, not just answers. We often hear, “We didn’t know who else to ask, so we called CPI Technical Support”, and we love it.

Occasionally we get asked for products or solutions that our customers are not quite sure we provide, so they call us anyway. If we identify the product as something we do NOT sale and if we know where it can be obtained, we point them in that direction, even if it is from a competitor. We do this hoping that the next time they need something they will contact us first.

Our team responds to questions about what products we offer, how it is used and the best way to solve a situation. We are all very knowledgeable in our standard products and understand what unique products we are capable of making. We are also constantly looking for better ways to solve a tricky situation, so if you have a great solution or want to discuss how you solved a situation, we look forward to hearing about how you were able to solve it.

We also work closely with Customer Support and Sales to ensure we quickly move your question or situation to the right person for the response you need to complete your task. We realize that all of us are customers at one time or another so we treat our customers the way we like to be treated -- with fast accurate responses, and a good attitude.

We build relationships with our customers and many of them have become friends over the years. You don’t get that kind of reputation without providing the products and support they expect.
