In the fall of 2018, Chatsworth Products (CPI) rolled out, amongst other new resources on chatsworth.com, the "Live Chat" feature.

Not knowing what to fully expect early on, and in an effort to simply provide a new level of real-time support, CPI's customer service team worked to simply be available and answer your questions, regardless of what those questions encompassed. And when an answer needed a bit more "digging," we committed to delighting you, our customers, by working with CPI's technical support team to get those questions answered.
