Product Description

CPI’s ORV3 High-Power Rack (HPR) is an ORV3 rack configuration that includes a rear extension, ballast, and factory-installed vertical containment. Available in 44OU and 48OU heights, CPI’s ORV3 HPR combines these components in a configuration for high-density computing deployments. 

Key Features and Benefits
  • Configured Rear Extension 
    A 5.2-inch (132 mm) rear extension increases the base rack depth from 42.0 inches (1068 mm) to an overall configured depth of 47.2 inches (1200 mm). 
  • Included Ballast
    CPI’s ORV3 HPR configuration includes ballast. The frame ballast kit provides 165 lb (75 kg) of ballast weight for stability. 
  • Factory-Installed Vertical Containment
    Vertical containment is included as a factory-installed item in the HPR configuration, rather than being selected as an optional field-installed accessory. 
  • Two Equipment Heights
    Choose 44OU or 48OU equipment space in a 23.6-inch-wide rack. Both heights are available in Black or Glacier White. 
  • Open Rack Equipment and Power Options
    CPI’s ORV3 architecture supports OpenU equipment spacing, with optional mounting accessories for 19-inch EIA equipment. Compatible 48V DC power shelves, busbars, and factory-installed busbar options are available upon request; contact CPI to confirm component compatibility for your HPR configuration.
